• Perform system integration, implementation of data center, network, security and related solutions
• Provide technical support for customer according to maintenance contract and related projects
• Troubleshooting, resolve technical issues and escalate to vendor while retain problem ownership until it is
  completely fixed
• Onsite and remote support during office hour and after office hour

Qualification

• Male 20-27 years old with 0-2 years experienced
• Diploma degree or above in IT, computer engineer, electrical engineer, telecommucation or other related field
• Fast learning, proactive, able to work with all levels and perform under pressure
• Good command in English language, both writing and speaking, is preferred
• Able to work during evening and week-end
• Very good attitude and service-minded
• Recognized IT certificates is advantage
